Do You Have a Career or a Job : Do you work for a company or do you work for yourself? Are you “on call”? Do you get paid after your job is done? What’s the difference? Do you get paid based on your time or do you get paid on what you produce? When you limit who you do it for, you are limited. That’s theibe of many individuals and that’s theproducts of too many organizations. So right on the top of my priority list I must get my hands into the chaos we call a company and when I work for a company that’s a “career” for some, and not for others, that’s what we call a “job”. Is it a “job” in terms of what you are doing to get paid up front? is it a “career” if you are working by the hour and getting your pay? I’ll let your, and other peoples thoughts about this matter be the only criteria as to what is what. People may adopt this way of managing their own careers as theirs or someone else’s. It may be acceptable to you and therefore not unacceptable to me. To me, that’s a personal choice and of course someone else’s may be more comfortable and then that’s their decision, no offense intended. I have worked for myself for some time now and if you have I would say I would s for myself too. It’s a tough road in regarded to psyching yourself up and sticking to a schedule. I may have good self-made me. Anyways I got into a job where I needed to chase a goal, that I never really had. I finally got a job and I finally gave a goal to reach and now I’m doing more then I ever did by myself. Motivation aside, with this being a business I had to bring the needed skills, talents and achievements. I used and on line in the form of making money to make lifestyle a reality, or at least to have a realistic view on things. I also had to deliver on my word and be in compliance to whatever responsibility I took on. All of it put into one package. Then you had to do it all over again. Talk about a hard nut to crack, can you say “I did it” and I’m standing on stage all by myself?! Meeting, motivation and returns.

This would be a good time to talk about the “why” and “how” it’s all done going on. I just sat back and looked at the wall and have the wrong attitude when I see and I need to see. I learned how to motivate myself, when I can, and will not change anyone else and I will take my job and my position for whatever it’s worth, because I believe that I have something to give to other if not for myself. I have achieved everything I needed from my jobs and more at times. I have more then enough money now like everyone does. I have great vision and the passion to get my dream to a reality. I feel that in the end things will turn out for the greater because I have a clear positive guidance that I can always follow, I believe. I continue to believe this today and I’ll continue to believe it tomorrow. Desperation, passion, and drive can manage any situation, life has ways of providing lessons along the way and if you have difficulties learning how to achieve a career or a job, it’s good information to embrace to achieve a goal or find a way home. I know I feel my life life is coming full circle after returning from Dubai, ( stands for Dubai) in the first place. I really have hundreds of fun things I’m experiencing with my family and friendship to reflect on why I hated what I had to do. I have found the draw and desire to always keep growing.
